  • DO YOU MAKE ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS? 
    We do not manufacture any of the products listed on the Candy Palace website, but we use branded premium candy makers from Canada and around the world to create our delicious candy boxes.

    From Ottawa, Ontario to Canada addresses
    From California, USA to USA addresses
  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    FREE Shipping to Canada & USA on orders $55 or more (after discounts & before tax)*.
    Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $12 CAD on orders under $55.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CANDY? 

    ALL orders (including initial subscription orders) are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from Candy Palace.

    Future Subscription Boxes shipped monthly on the Tuesday after your initial order date. Future subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your initial order date.

    Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel estimated delivery times are:
    * Local is 1-3 business day
    * Ontario is 1-4 business days
    * National is 2-9 business days

 United States Postal Service estimated delivery times are:
 * Local is 1-3 business day.

Our website notifies you of the estimated delivery date, along with a tracking number once the order has shipped. Sorry, but exact delivery time of your order can NOT be guaranteed due to factors like your location, time of year, holidays, and of course, weather conditions that affect the delivery date.

  • CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CANDY? 
    We can NOT accept returns because candy is perishable. But if you have an issue with your order, please email us at support@candypalace.ca
  • WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR CANDY SUBSCRIPTION BOXES? 
    Future subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your initial order date. All future subscription boxes are shipped monthly on the Tuesday after your initial order date.
  •  HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
    It’s very easy to update your payment information! Login to your account. Use ‘Payment Options’ to enter new credit card information. You can also update your billing address here. If your latest payment failed, you can click the “pay” button, and enter your new credit card information on the checkout page.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? 
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. As long as you cancel before the anniversary date of your initial order date, you will not be charged for additional months. If you cancel on or after the anniversary date of your initial order date, then the order will be processed and billed. We can NOT provide refunds or cancel a shipment after it has been billed. Pre-paid 3 or 6-month subscriptions are NOT refundable. To cancel future subscription boxes, login to your account and cancel.
  • WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?
    The ingredients of our candies are listed on each product. Some products may be manufactured in facilities that also handle peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya), egg, or other common allergens. If you have severe food allergies to common foods, this is probably not the right box for you. We can’t guarantee our products to be allergen-free. If you aren’t sure if a product contains allergens, we recommend you do not eat that product.
